Food and service is always great! It's a must stop when we go to sisters

burgers, fries, fry sauce, milkshakes, ice cream and service all exceptional. worth the drive from Portland.

Great milk shakes

Food was good. Prices are out if this world. 2 burgers, 2 tater tots, 2 shakes $30. Then asked for ketchup for tots. Was told "We are short on ketchup and not giving it out but keeping it for burgers."

Had the double bacon cheese. Fantastic. Big ole fresh tasting burger. Will definitely go back when in sisters.

Good burgers, good fries, creamsickle was ok but wish I had gotten a different one bc it was pretty sweet. Not too spendy I feel - $7 for a burger, add fries $1.50, $4.50 for a handmade medium shake with handmade ice cream.

A must stop spot when visiting central Oregon. Their milkshakes are one of the best in the state (pro tip: Marionberry milkshake)

It's hard to go to Sisters and not include a trip to Sno Cap. Be ready for a wait on the weekends, both in the line and for your food. They do have a canopy outside the door that does provide shade while your waiting. Seating inside and outside. Staff is friendly and work their tails off. Burgers and fries are good. Anything with ice cream is great - milkshakes, cones, etc. They have a nice selection of flavors.

Super cute place. During meal times food takes a while but it's worth it. It's good straightforward food. Also, their house fry sauce is fantastic.

Showed up at 6:55pm just walking through town wondering what to eat and stopped here. Looked like they were about ready to start closing duty’s and asked what time do you close they said 7pm I said oh alright well don’t worry about it then thinking it’s a restaurant cook would have already started cooling things down and such but she said what would you like and I was served within 5minutes and they threw in free fires best flippen place on the block..

Pretty good bacon cheese burgers and fries. However, don’t go by the prices listed for burgers online. The bacon cheese burger had a price of $2.00, but at the window we paid $7.95. The staff were surprised as well.

Went for a motorcycle ride today and popped out in Sisters. First time there. Was grabbing gas and saw a CROWD at Sno Cap so I figured I would check it out. Wow. I am GLAD I checked it out. Got a double jalepeno pepperjack burger with onions. YES!!!! I will be back. So delicious. I gotta try everything else now

Fish and chips were good, and the peach shake was amazing. Their ice cream is excellent too.

We stopped here thinking that we could grab a quick burger and be on our way within a half hour. Boy, were we wrong. The inside was a little cramped and gross, and I noticed the prices were a little high for a drive-in. We ordered, and our total came to just over $40 (for four people!). We waited a half hour for our drinks, and then another 20 minutes for our food. I was disappointed with the quality of the food. $8 for a 1/8 lb. burger (with raw, chopped, cold onions, and sans ketchup), and limp, white, room temperature fries. It was a little pathetic, to be honest. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because their fry sauce was pretty tasty. I was left with a feeling that I probably could have drove the the store, back home, and made the burger and fries in the time it took to serve us. If you are craving a burgers and fry when in Sisters, save your money (and time) and go to McDonald's or Dairy Queen.

Best little ice cream shack that I've been to. Home made flavors. Is hard to find homemade ice cream now a days. If you happen to drive by or staying in sisters recommend going and give them a try.

Have wanted to like this place but the scoop ice cream literally tastes like chalk and everything is expensive for what you get. Have been about 4 times and all the older staff are quite rude, while the high school kids were usually pretty nice, one star for them.

Marionberry milkshake is so good. Delicious bacon burger and chili burger as well. Sometimes a long wait but worth it.

Classic American burger and shake joint, with bountiful ice cream selection, legitimate corn dogs, fries with special sauce, and an undeniable nostalgia.

I absolutely LOVE Sno-Cap!! Their ice cream is home made in store. The milkshakes are old fashioned and delicious. Bigger portions than expected! Staff is super friendly and they were dancing and singing. Just good old fashioned fun and great food.

Please disregard any reviews about menu prices such as the one about the “$2 one and they paid 7.95 as of 6/4/2020 Something has happened to our menu and we think we’ve been hacked. Staff was surprised because it didn’t make any sense as it’s obviously not $2. Frustrating! Trying to fix now. Thank you.

A very good place to eat at in Sisters, Or.They fix the food when you order it, not before..The food is delicious. It is location is on the West side of town.

A small wait which is normal but superior customer service and extremely passionate about what they do. Always a pleasure stopping when in town. Great job Sno Cap for always being so great.

Of course, I knew this place was a dump before walking in, but I was lured inside by the promise of homemade rum raisin ice cream. As it turns out, homemade doesn't mean good, and rum raisin doesn't mean ... well ... rum raisin. The ice cream had no discernible rum flavor. It was cold. It was sweet, and it was filled with rock-hard raisins. If you are a fan of Haagen-Dazs rum raisin ice cream, as I am, don't bother coming here.

Arrived at SnoCap last night and it was a great experience. Workers were SO friendly and kind. Food was served quickly. The butterfinger shake was amazing. Will most def come back.

An institution in the central Oregon city of Sisters, Sno Cap is the go to place for burgers, shakes, and ice cream cones. It's old school at its finest and worth a stop for a bite to eat. The bacon burger is exceptional and the fries are above average. Get a creamsicle shake. You wont be sorry.

I have never been more disappointed with a restaurant. I took my grandchildren there as a treat for ice cream. The ice cream was a sticky hard lump. The children couldn't even get their spoons into it. The staff left a lot to be desired. The young man that helped us was very nice, but the rest of the staff were rude and very mean to him. He just took it professionally. We will never visit this place again.

The burger was $14.00 and change, the burger and tots were cold... They didn't get my order right... I had to drive around the block and go back twice to get them to get it right.....the food sucked

Nice place. Stopped here for ice cream and got a cascade blackberries cone and a cream sickle milkshake which was perfectly blended. And they were fast barley a couple minute wait.

Has really stepped up. I have always thought this place was great. They have really cleaned up inside, have a new front in staff that was friendly. Not having 5 people up front didn't seem so chaotic. The people in the kitchen may have been newer also because our food was package really nice and looked great when we got home. I think it also tasted better.
